When I'm teaching I have this nasty habit of yelling "Fun Fact!" When Ihave something totally cool that may not quite be on topic. The kids think it's awesome and have come to look forward to my fun facts. I'm sorry to say you're going to have to deal with them too :)
Did you know that every Donkey has a dark brown cross on it's back; up by the base of it's neck.
It is said that they were blessed with this cross because it was on a Donkey's back that Mary, then pregnant with Jesus, made it to Bethleham. The cross was given to them as a sign of gratitude for helping the mother of our Lord.
