My first Made it Monday post! Thanks to Tara for hosting. Since it's a first, I thought I'd celebrate with another first: my first Teachers Pay Teachers item!
I know it's not spectacular nor large, but I'm pretty proud of it as it was my first time creating anything for a teacher shop.
I created this book report project (a much more watered down version) a few years ago out of necessity. Both my students and I were tired of just plain ol' book reports. Goodness knows they don't like doing them and I got tired of reading/grading boring reports that I knew they didn't care a flap about.
I did a little bit of research online and found a whole bunch of ideas for reports. I took the different ideas, adjusted them to fit my kids, and voila!
My students were required to turn in one report per month, or so, and the rule was they couldn't repeat a report. They ended up doing a MUCH better job than they would have with just a plain report.

I've never really liked book reports, but I think these might be fun for my kids. Thanks.
Congrats on your first product! :) I don't have a TPT store, but I sure have a lot of stuff I could put in one. Maybe soon....:) I grabbed your freebie. Thanks!
